Do you need to connect our data to OpenAI or public AI APIs?
No. The FDE is designed to run as much as possible on your local office infrastructure, with sensitive documents and numbers staying in your vault. Public cloud calls are limited to what you explicitly choose.
How long does setup take?
Most deployments are ready within 2–3 weeks, depending on how many existing channels and files we need to connect. Basic training and recipe-card writing are included.
What happens after the setup fee?
The monthly retainer covers ongoing support, profile tuning, troubleshooting, and new recipe-card development so the system improves with your business.
Can we cancel the retainer?
Yes. The retainer is month-to-month. You keep the installed system and vault; you can re-activate support anytime.
